Service Description
Ascend Therapy provides professional mobile massage therapy throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park, and surrounding Triangle communities. Sessions are delivered directly to your home, hotel, office, or approved private location, making therapeutic care and recovery more convenient without the need to travel. Travel fees or minimum booking requirements may apply for locations outside our primary service area.
Cancellation Policy
Default Booking, Cancellation, & Waitlist Policy 1. Booking Policy All appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to therapist availability. Full payment details are required at the time of booking to secure the session. Add-ons must be selected at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule. 12–24 hours notice: 50% charge of the service fee. Less than 12 hours / No-show: 100% charge of the service fee. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may shorten the service time or be treated as a no-show.
