Cancellation Policy

Default Booking, Cancellation, & Waitlist Policy 1. Booking Policy All appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to therapist availability. Full payment details are required at the time of booking to secure the session. Add-ons must be selected at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule. 12–24 hours notice: 50% charge of the service fee. Less than 12 hours / No-show: 100% charge of the service fee. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may shorten the service time or be treated as a no-show. 3. Waitlist Policy Clients may join a waitlist if their preferred time is unavailable. Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis via email or text. Clients on the waitlist must confirm within 1 hour of the offer to secure the spot.
